How was this rating created?

We are a couple: Igor and Elena. Our passion is delicious food. We were eating in the most exotic places from all over the world: ate rice with hands in the Indonesian's restaurants, exquisite dishes in the most luxuries restaurant's in Europe, where if you don't know what is "diflope" everyone will look askance on you.

We were trying everything on our own skin before made this rating: we were carefully choosing restaurants, eating there and making a decision - is this place worthy to enter our top or not. The restaurant's staff hadn't known that we are writers before we made the final decision.

We are ordinary people and far from the catering business so you won't find advertising texts or purchased reviews here. All reviews are 100% original. Here are only truthful photos from our cameras and truthful feelings from our hearts.

What are the criteria for this rating?

• Tasty food - it is the main criteria
• Pleasant atmosphere and soul's warmness - tasty food at home is cheaper, but we want the unique experience. That's why we go to restaurants.
• Good service: the good service is your good mood!

We skipped up from several luxury places while the working process because there was the unpleasant personal. Such restaurants are not included in our list, because of an absence of soul warmness.

Why did we decide to create this top?

We were tired to hope for a case with choose restaurants services: sometimes you are getting purchased reviews or old information there. For example, one day we came to the restaurant which does not exist anymore!

We are not going to make money on this top, so there is no advertising here.

This is our sincere gust to improve the small part of this world and save people in Kazan from bad restaurants. :)
